Sugar Hill Distillery didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a question: what if we made something that actually tasted like this place?

We took Georgia water, sourced local grains from farms we know by name, and gave ourselves the time to do it right. No rush, no compromises — just patience and a lot of trial batches that didn't make it past the floor.

Today, every spirit that leaves our distillery carries that same stubborn commitment: make it something worth remembering, and make it here.
